These Terms of Service (also called our Terms & Conditions) apply to your use of eagleheightsroofing.com, our inspection request form, and text messages from Eagle Heights Roofing, LLC ("Eagle Heights Roofing," "we," "us," "our"). By using the website or submitting the form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site; you can call (860) 530-8991 instead.
Using this website
The information on this site is general. Prices, timelines and financing details shown here are estimates, not offers. Your actual scope and price are set out in a written, line-item quote after an on-site inspection.
Submitting the inspection form is a request to be contacted. It doesn't create a contract. Work begins only under a signed written agreement, as required by the Connecticut Home Improvement Act.
You agree to give accurate information, to submit only your own contact details or details you are authorized to provide, and not to misuse the site, the form, or our messaging.
Financing
Financing is offered through a third-party lender, subject to credit approval. Terms, rates and promotional periods are set by the lender and may change.
Photos and content
Photos, text, logos and other content on this site belong to Eagle Heights Roofing, LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
SMS Terms
Program: Eagle Heights Roofing, LLC inspection and project updates.
What you'll receive: text messages about your request, including confirmation that we received it, scheduling, appointment reminders, and updates on your project. We do not send marketing messages.
How you opt in: by submitting the inspection request form on eagleheightsroofing.com. The form states, next to the submit button, that by pressing it you agree Eagle Heights Roofing may text you at the number you entered about that request. You can choose not to receive texts by calling (860) 530-8991 to book instead.
Message frequency: varies with your request and project.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier, not from Eagle Heights Roofing.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation and no further texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
