Finished Owens Corning Brownwood roof, Hamden, CT

Roof replacement in Hamden, CT.

Three layers of old shingles, taken off by hand down to the rafters. The rotten decking was cut out, which is exactly what our per-sheet pricing is for, and the whole roof was re-decked in new plywood. Then ice-and-water membrane, synthetic underlayment and Owens Corning Brownwood.
